April 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] said that local insurer Armeec has sold 3 million shares in the company for 9.66 million levs ($5.36 million/4.94 million euro).
Armeec sold the shares at an average price of 3.22 levs apiece, CCB said in a statement.

As at 12:30 CET on Wednesday, CCB shares traded 0.93% lower at 1.07 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Earlier this month, Armeec also sold 28,673 shares in Oil and Gas Exploration and Production [BUL:4O1] for 149,100 levs and 288,000 shares in oilseeds storage and trading company Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:T43] for 40,320 levs.
