September 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's defence ministry said on Friday that it has launched a tender for signing a four-year framework agreement for supply of training propeller aircraft and related services, worth an estimated 2.5 million levs ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro).
Bulgaria intends to acquire up to four propeller aircraft under the agreement, the ministry said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is October 16.
Bids will be ranked base on price, which will form 80% of the final mark, and time for delivery.
