November 24 (SeeNews) - The credit portfolio of Bulgarian commercial banks totalled 49.819 billion levs ($28.6 billion/19.2 billion euro) at the end of October, up by 3.9% from a year earlier, data from the central bank, BNB, showed on Tuesday.
