September 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's government said that it has approved local civil engineering company Patperfect-T's request to take over the concession contract for the Pop Kralevo limestone deposit, located in the Silistra municipality.
Patperfect-T's request was approved as the company is the rightful legal successor to the previous holder of the concession, the government said in a statement following its weekly meeting.
The concession was previously held by Patperfect-T's unit Patstroymontazh, which was recently absorbed by the company, according to documents entered into the commercial register.
The agreement was signed for a 35-year period and entered into force in July 1999.
