May 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) said on Thursday that it has opened a 95 million levs ($54.4 million/48.5 million euro) tender for a contractor to repair 126 km of second class and third class roads.
The tender is divided into six lots whose indicative price varies, RIA said in a statement.
Bids will be ranked based on price, which will form 60% of the final mark, and technical characteristics with a weight of 40%.
Candidates can submit their offers for each lot until June 13.
