October 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency said on Thursday that it has launched a tender for awarding a contract for construction of a bypass road south of the city of Gabrovo, worth an estimated 267.2 million levs ($151.9 million/136.6 million euro).
The contract envisages the construction of a 7.6-kilometres road section and the reconstruction of an existing 2.9-km stretch, the government agency said in a tender notice.
The project also includes the construction of five tunnels with a total length of over 4 kilometres.
The deadline for submitting offers is December 5.
Bids will be ranked based on price, with 60% weight in the final mark, and quality criteria.
