September 6 (SeeNews) - Bosnian real estate company Unevit [SAJ:UNEVR] said on Tuesday its shareholders have approved a plan to decrease the company's equity capital to 3.578 million marka ($1.8 million/1.8 million euro) from 4.541 million marka to cover earlier losses.
The capital reduction will be carried out by lowering the nominal value of each of its 363,268 shares to 9.85 marka from 12.50 marka, Unevit said in a bourse filing.
Unevit will reduce its capital to cover accumulated losses in the amount of 965,510 marka, whereas the remaining 2,849 marka will go to the company's reserve funds.
The company made a net loss of 78,221 marka in 2021, compared with a net loss of 234,753 marka the year before.
Unevit's shares have not traded on the Sarajevo bourse in the past year.
