BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 15 (SeeNews) – Bosnia's Telekom Srpske [BANJ:TLKM-R-A] said it has become the sole owner of Logosoft, after acquiring an additional 35% stake in the Sarajevo-based telecommunications company.
The acquisition has been entered into the business register of Bosnia's Serb Republic, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The price of the deal was not disclosed.
Logosoft operates in the segment of providing Internet access services over its own fiber infrastructure, fixed and mobile telephony services, IP television, network integration activities, software and business solutions, colocation and cloud services, as well as IT education, Telekom Srpske noted.
Telekom Srpske is the second-largest telecommunications company in Bosnia. It is majority-owned by Serbian state-controlled Telekom Srbija and has clients mainly in the Serb Republic, which together with the Federation forms Bosnia.
