Dec 20, 1996 – State-owned company Javno Opste Drzavno Preduzece za Telekomunikacije is established, following the split of post and telecommunications monopoly PTT JP PTT into two companies, based in Banja Luka.
November 2002 – The company changes its name to Telekom Srpske and acquires full ownership of Telekard, Telefonske Usluge.
Dec 12, 2002 – Telekom Srpske transforms into a joint stock company. The Directorate for Privatisation of Bosnia's Serb Republic sells 20% of Telekom Srpske a.d. to individuals.
Apr 16, 2003 - The company lists on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
Jan 19, 2007 - Serbia's state-owned telecommunications company Telekom Srbija a.d. acquires 65% in Telekom Srpske a.d. from the Directorate for Privatisation of Bosnia's Serb Republic for EUR 646 mln.
Jan 31, 2014 - Telekom Srpske a.d. takes over its subsidiary Telegrafsko Telefonski Inzenjering d.o.o.,which ceases to exsist as a separate legal entity.
November 2014 - The company acquires 100% in the Sarajevo-based telecommunications company Logosoft d.o.o.
March 2015 - The company acquires 100% in the Montenegrin cable TV and Internet provider Cabling D.O.O.
Oct 9, 2018 - Telekom Srpske a.d. announces its plans to acquire Bosnian cable operator Blicnet d.o.o.
Jan 31, 2019 - The company acquires 100% in Blicnet d.o.o.
Feb 21, 2019 - Telekom Srpske a.d. buys 100% in Bosnia and Herzegovina - based company Telrad Net d.o.o.
