July 15 (SeeNews) - The overhaul of the regional road Lukavica - Pale in Bosnia's Serb Republic worth 3.25 million marka ($1.9 million/ 1.7 million euro) has started on July 13, the entity's road company Putevi Republike Srpske said.
Bosnia-registered civil engineering company Strabag d.o.o. Sarajevo is doing the reconstruction works, Putevi Republike Srpske said in a press release on Saturday.
The overhaul of the 3.9-kilometre long road has to be completed within 180 days.
"Complete reconstruction and rehabilitation of a 35-metre long bridge are included in the works," said Nenad Nesic, acting director of Putevi Republike Srpske.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
