August 31 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Serb Republic signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Chinese industrial group China Energy International Group for the implementation of a project for the construction of wastewater treatment plants, the office of the entity's president, Milorad Dodik, said.
Under the MoU, the company will build wastewater treatment plants in ten cities in the Serb Republic, Dodik's office said in a press release on Wednesday.
The value of the investment was not disclosed.
The parties also discussed a potential construction of one section of the motorway that should go from Bijeljina to Trebinje, Dodik said.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
