October 7 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's NLB Banka Sarajevo [SAJ:TZLBRK2], owned by Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), said on Friday it will distribute a dividend of 38.72 marka ($19.4/19.8 euro) per share for 2021.
NLB Banka Sarajevo's shareholders approved the dividend distribution proposal at a meeting held on October 3, the lender in a bourse filing.
The bank paid out a dividend of 23.29 marka per share for 2020.
NLB Banka Sarajevo's net profit rose to 25.76 million marka last year, from 12.76 million marka in 2020.
Its shares last traded on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on March 9, when they closed 50% higher at 585 marka.
NLB Banka is based in Sarajevo, in Bosnia's Federation entity.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is made up of two autonomous entities - the Federation and the Serb Republic. NLB has another subsidiary in Bosnia, which is based in Banja Luka, in the Serb Republic.
