April 11 (SeeNews) - Bosnian road construction company Niskogradnja Laktasi said it has relaunched subscription for a bond issue planned in the amount of 2.5 million marka ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro), days after suspending it.
The company reopened the subscription period after making amendments to the prospectus to reflect changes to its assets, Niskogradnja Laktasi said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The subscription period for the securities will now end on May 23.
Niskogradnja Laktasi opened the subscription for the bond issue on February 17 and suspended it on April 6. Initially, the subscription period was set to close on May 17.
The company is offering 2,500 bonds of 1,000 marka in par value each to investors on the Banja Luka stock exchange. The bonds have a maturity of 90 months and bear annual interest of 4.2%.
