SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), August 24 (SeeNews) – Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Privrednik [BANJ:MKPR-R-A] will list an issue comprising 15,000 bonds with a nominal value of 100 marka ($60/51 euro) each on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE), the bourse said.
The bonds will start trading on the bourse's free market segment on Wednesday, it said in a statement on Monday.
The three-year bonds carry a fixed annual interest rate of 7.00%, paid on a monthly basis, according to their prospectus. The principal will be repaid in 36 equal monthly installments.
It is the second issue of company's corporate bonds to be listed on the bourse.
The first issue, comprising 13,000 bonds of 100 marka in nominal value each, started trading on the bourse in June 2020.
The BLSE is based in the Serb Republic, one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina.
