December 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurance company Krajina Osiguranje [BANJ:KROS-R-A] said on Wednesday that its director, Slavko Topic, has decided to temporarily suspend the subscription for a new share issue planned in the amount of 7 million marka ($4.2 million/3.6 million euro).
The subscription is suspended due to amendments that have to be made to the prospectus to reflect new information and circumstances that have emerged, the insurer said in a statement.
No further details were provided in the statement.
Krajina Osiguranje opened subscription for the new share issue on November 16. The subscription period was set to close on December 30.
The insurer was offering 7 million ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each to investors on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange. The shares were offered for subscription to existing and new shareholders at a price of 0.42 marka per share.
The insurer's current capital is divided into 13,668,191 shares of 1 marka in par value each.
Krajina Osiguranje's shares have not traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) in the past year.
