July 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnian construction company Krajina GP [BANJ:KRJN-R-A] said on Friday it will pay a dividend of 0.18 marka ($0.096/0.092 euro) per share for 2021, after distributing a 0.45 marka-per-share dividend for the previous year.
Krajina GP will distribute as dividend a total of 2 million marka, using retained earnings, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
The dividend proposal was approved by Krajina GP shareholders on June 30.
The company booked a net profit of 4.8 million marka in 2021, up from 3.3 million marka profit a year earlier.
The Banja Luka-based company is involved in building design and construction.
Krajina GP's shares last traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) on August 24, 2021 closing flat at 3.50 marka, bourse data shows.
