BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 11 (SeeNews) – Bosnian road construction company Kozaraputevi has filed a request with Bosnia's competition authority to acquire 100% shareholding interest in its local peer Bijeljinaput, the competition authority said.
The possible concentration will have an impact on the civil engineering market of the country as a whole, the Competition Council said in a statement last week.

The authority has called on all interested business entities active in civil engineering to submit their opinions on the planned concentration.
Local media have reported that Kozaraputevi is offering to pay 10 million marka ($6.0 million/5.1 million euro) for its smaller peer.
