May 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Federation net electricity output fell to 497 GWh in April, from 667 GWh in the same month last year, the entity's statistical office said.
Electricity imports plummeted to 29 GWh in April from 196 GWh a year earlier, while exports fell to 261 GWh from 289 GWh, the Federation's statistical office said in a statement on Wednesday.
The net electricity output of hydro power plants decreased to 119 GWh last month, from 349 GWh in April 2019, while the output of thermal power plants rose to 378 GWh from 318 GWh.
On a monthly comparison basis too the electricity output in April was lower than in March, when it stood at 681 GWh.
Month-on-month, the Federation's electricity imports plummeted 57.4% in April, while exports lost 5.1%.
