May 18 (SeeNews) - The registered jobless rate in Bosnia's Federation stood at 36.8% at the end of March, unchanged from a month earlier, the entity's statistical office said.
Unemployment among women edged up to 44.5% in March from 44.4% in February, the statistical office said in a statement.
At the same time, the number of unemployed edged down 0.6% month-on-month to 307,197 in March.
The number of employed people fell to 528,102 in March from 530,463 in February. The active population in the Federation totalled 835,299 people in March.
The registered unemployment rate is calculated as the ratio of the number of unemployed to the total active population.
