September 13 (SeeNews) - Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske (ERS), the power utility of Bosnia's Serb Republic, said it will take out a 10 million marka ($5.2 million/5.1 million euro) overdraft loan from local lender Nova Banka [BANJ:NOVB-R-E].
Nova Banka submitted the sole offer in a tender for the loan, offering an effective interest rate of 460,974 marka, ERS said in a notice last week.
ERS did not disclose the purpose of the loan.
Nova Banka's shares last traded on the BLSE on September 29, 2021, when they closed flat at 0.50 marka.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
