March 23 (SeeNews) - Bosnian fuel retailer Energopetrol [SAJ:ENPSR] said on Thursday it generated a net profit of 16.5 million marka ($9.2 million/8.4 million euro) in 2022, up compared with 4.4 million marka booked a year earlier.
Total revenue went up 44.5% on the year to 227.4 million marka in 2022, while total costs increased 37.4% to nearly 210 million marka, the company said in a bourse filing.
Energopetrol's shares traded 2.68% lower at 2.91 marka on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange by 10:10 CET on Thursday.
Croatian oil and gas company INA owns 88.7% interest in Energopetrol. The second largest shareholder of Energopertol is the government of Bosnia's Federation entity with a stake of 7.6%.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
