Bosnia's Deling to start works on Skyline Plaza residential complex in Tuzla in spring

January 25 (SeeNews) - Bosnian real estate developer Deling Invest plans to launch the construction of the Skyline Plaza residential complex in Tuzla this spring, it said.

The complex, to be situated in the western part of Bosnia's third largest city, will comprise two buildings of eight and 14 floors, respectively, Deling Invest said in a presentation of the project published on its website.

The planned buildings will have a total of 200 residential units as well as business premises on the ground floor.

The planned value of the investment was not disclosed.
