December 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian state-owned road company Autoceste FBiH sold 18.096 million marka ($9.8 million/9.3 million euro) in bonds on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE), the bourse said.
Autoceste FBiH sold 180,964 bonds during the offer for subscription which lasted from December 22 to December 28, SASE said in a notice on Wednesday.
The bonds, which have a maturity of three years, have a par value of 100 marka each, according to an earlier statement by the company.
Autoceste FBiH offered for sale 300,000 securities, hoping to raise 30 million marka. The debt paper bears annual interest of 3.5%, with interest payments to be made semiannually.
The company will use the raised funds to cover the costs of preparation of project documents, execution of works and consulting services for several infrastructure projects, it said in the prospect.
