May 15 (SeeNews) - Aerodromi Republike Srpske [BANJ:AERD-R-A], the airport operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Serb Republic, said on Monday it plans to offer for sale a 13.13% stake owned by the company itself.
Aerodromi RS plans to offer 1,329,378 of its own shares at a minimum price of 0.30 marka ($0.17/0.15 euro) apiece at a public auction, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled to take place on May 29.
Aerodromi RS operates the airport in Banja Luka, one of the four international airports in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The others are located in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Mostar.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
