April 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnian cement producer Tvornica Cementa Kakanj (TCK) [SAJ:TCMKR] said on Thursday it will pay out a dividend of 4.17 marka ($2.3/2.1 euro) per share in 2023, after skipping dividend distribution last year.
Shareholders of the company approved the dividend distribution proposal at a meeting held on Thursday, TCK said in a bourse filing.
TCK last distributed a dividend in 2021, when it paid out 2.48 marka per share.
Its shares last traded on the Sarajevo stock exchange on March 29, when they closed 0.14% higher at 35 marka.
TCK is majority-owned by Dutch-based CEEM Investment, a unit of Germany's HeidelbergCement Group.
