March 22 (SeeNews) - Bosnian brewery Pivara Tuzla [SAJ:PITZ] plans investments in the amount of 5.6 million marka ($3.2 million/2.9 million euro) this year, to be completed by mid-June, it said on Wednesday.
The investments cover 2.2 million marka to be put in a PET charger line, 1.8 million marka for the purchase of freight vehicles and forklifts, as well as 1 million marka for the purchase of a water deaerator, carboniser and pasteuriser, the company said in a press release.
The Bosnian brewery also said it has invested 600,000 marka in new software - Brewmax 9.0, which should improve the brewing, fermentation and filtration of beer processes, allowing for better control of resources and continuous monitoring across the system.
Tuzla is located in the Federation - one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Serb Republic.
