SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), June 3 (SeeNews) – A total of 1.9 million shares of Bosnian metal processing company Unis [SAJ:UMISRK2] owned by the state will be put up for sale on the Sarajevo bourse on June 11 at a starting price of 3.96 marka ($2.8/2.0 euro) apiece, the bourse said on Tuesday.
The shares will be offered for sale in an extraordinary auction, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange said in statement on its website.

Unis’s equity capital is divided into 4,144,165 shares. The state is the company's biggest shareholder, with a 45.85% stake, according to bourse data.
Unis is based in Sarajevo, in the Muslim-Croat Federation, which is one of the two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Serb Republic.
