- The Serb Republic government said on Thursday it will not implement the decisions of international peace overseer Valentin Inzko and ordered the withdrawal of the Serb Republic members in the managing board of Bosnia’s transmission company Elektroprenos BiH. Inzko ordered them last week to stop the year-long blocking of the operations of Elektroprenos BiH. Bosnia's Serb Republic and Muslim-Croat Federation, the country's two autonomous parts, are owners of the company.

- The Muslim-Croat Federation Privatisation Agency will revise its October 2009-October 2010 programme, which envisages the sale of 30 firms, including cigarette factory Fabrika Duhana Mostar (FDM), the daily said. The Federation canceled last week the sale of 67% of FDM to Bulgaria’s Pazardzhik BT.

- Clients, who have credits in Bosnia’s Serb Reublic commercial banks, are able as of Friday to reschedule their credit obligations by choosing to extend by up to 12 months the maturity of their loans or to receive up to 12-month-long grace period on the repayment of the credits, the Republic’s Banking Agency said.
- If Bosnia’s Constitutional Court declares as unconstitutional later on Friday the legislation, which protects domestic production inside the CEFTA Agreement, domestic production will be totally destroyed, farmers from the Serb Republic said.
