- Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat Federation government has decided to allocate 15 million marka to hire 160 new prison officers and to improve jail conditions.
- Bosnia’s private firm Drvolik opened earlier this week two factories, one for furniture and one for wooden pallets, worth a combined 2.0 million euro.

- Many representatives of the majority parties in Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat Federation parliament as well as a significant part of the opposition consider catastrophic the government’s decision to launch shortly the privatisation of Bosnia's biggest engineering firm Energoinvest. They say this will result in a new round of looting of national riches.
