March 6 (SeeNews) - Belgrade Waterfront, the developer of the eponymous real estate project in Serbia's capital, has launched the construction of the BW Terraces residential building in collaboration with domestic construction company Starting, it said.
BW Terraces is distinguished by spacious balconies, a boat ponton on the river bank in front of the building, an indoor swimming pool with access to a landscaped lawn, a gym with glass walls, a yoga area, Belgrade Waterfront said in a statement on Thursday.
"Collaboration with Starting is a new step in strengthening the domestic construction industry, but also a very important step in realizing a unique “al fresco” lifestyle within the Belgrade Waterfront, which allows you to spend time in relaxation, socializing with your family and friends and even outdoor work without leaving the comfort of your home," said Nikola Nedeljkovic, director general of Belgrade Waterfront.
Under the architectural solution of international design, engineering and urban planning company RMJM, BW Terraces will provide prospective residents with plenty of natural light and a sense of spaciousness, with a ceiling height of 2.8 metres, Belgrade Waterfront said.
Starting specialises in high-rise and low construction engineering projects, and has over 280 completed projects in its portfolio.
