August 11 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed up on Thursday amid a lower turnover, bourse data showed.
The total turnover on the bourse went down to 8.4 million dinars ($74,000/71,600 euro) on Thursday from 22.2 million dinars generated on Wednesday.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.98% at 846.91 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.61% to 1,699.07.
Civil engineering firm Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] led the blue-chip gainers list, as its shares went up 11.8% to 350 dinars.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 298,401 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 461,124 dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Thursday.
