December 15 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed the Wednesday session in red, with civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] pacing the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Energoprojekt's shares fell 2.52% to 310 dinars, generating the third-highest daily turnover on the bourse of 108,500 dinars on Wednesday.
Cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] was another major loser, as its shares dropped 2.45% to 1,750 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.38% to 826.36 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went down 0.33% to 1,695.17.
Industrial gases maker Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] led the list of gainers among the members of the two indices. Its shares closed up 0.48% at 15,600 dinars.
The total trading turnover on the bourse went up to 402.7 million dinars ($3.9 million/3.4 million euro) on Wednesday from 203.9 billion dinars generated on Tuesday.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 2.0 million dinars, while trading in Treasury bonds contributed 399.5 million dinars to the total turnover on the market.
