August 11 (SeeNews) - The bourse indices in Belgrade on Tuesday build on their fragile gains from a day earlier as volumes fell, stock exchange data showed.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index rose 0.04% to 599.31 points after advancing 0.38% on Monday.
The broader BELEXline index advanced 0.08% to 1,195.65 points after ticking up 0.01% a day earlier.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna added 0.89% to 275.31 on Tuesday.
The bourse's total turnover fell to 48 million dinars ($727,610/513,595 euro) from 74 million dinars on Monday. Trading in government securities generated 951,049 dinars on Tuesday versus 9.3 million on Monday.
Blue-chip lender AIK Banka fell 0.05% to 2,204 dinars in Tuesday’s biggest turnover of 16.7 million dinars.
Blue-chip dairy firm Imlek remained flat at 1,200 dinars in the day’s second largest turnover of 6.2 million dinars.
Twelve stocks advanced on Tuesday, 24 declined while 17 remained unchanged.
