SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's competition authority said on Friday that the local unit of Poland-based software company Asseco SEE is seeking its approval to acquire a majority stake in local telecommunications and information systems provider BS Telecom Solution.

The acquisition will have an impact on the computer programming market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Competition Council said in a statement.

It is therefore calling all interested parties operating on the relevant market, or markets, on which the concentration could have an impact, to submit their opinions of the planned deal.

BS Telecom Solution, established in 2002, manufactures, supplies and integrates complete telecommunications and information systems. The company employs over 100 people.
