TIRANA (Albania), August 1 (SeeNews) – Albania's state-owned power transmission system operator OST said on Wednesday it is inviting bids for the construction of a 200 kV power line in the northern part of the country.
The bidding deadline is August 31 and the maximum budget available for the implementation of the project is estimated at 1.2 billion leks ($11.2 million/ 9.5 million euro), OST said in a tender notice published by the country’s public procurement agency.
The assignment will be financed by OST and the works must be completed within 24 months after the singing of a contract.
The assignment foresees the construction of a new 200kV power line Burrel-Peshkopi and additional works in Burrel substation.
