October 5 (SeeNews) - Belgrade airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade bourse on Thursday, as share indices increased.
A total of 4,698 shares of Aerodrom Nikola Tesla changed hands on Thursday, generating a turnover of 6.4 million dinars. The company won 0.29% and closed at 1,364 dinars in 101 transactions.
Construction company Jedinstvo [BEL:JESV] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade bourse, as it won 1.9% and closed at 5,299 dinars, as ten of its shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 52,990 dinars.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, rose 0.20% to 722.11 points on Thursday. On Wednesday, the index fell 0.06%.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.36% on Thursday and closed at 1,612.73 points, after increasing 0.30% on Wednesday.
Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] paced the blue-chip decliners on Thursday, as its share price fell by 1.32% to 1,875 dinars. A total of 50 shares in the company changed hands, generating a turnover of 93,750 dinars.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse increased to 12.1 million dinars ($119,135/101,616 euro) on Thursday from 4.9 million dinars on Wednesday, as 240 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at 241,929 dinars.
