February 21 (SeeNews) - Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday, as stock indices closed up, bourse data showed.
A total of 64,798 of Aerodrom's shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 43.1 million dinars. Aerodrom's share price closed up 3.10% at 665 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, closed 1.47% higher at 680.63 points on Thursday.
Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price rose 5.26% to 2,500 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.68% to 1,506.92 on Thursday.
The total turnover on the bourse increased to 378.8 million dinars ($3.6 million/3.2 million euro) on Thursday from 87.1 million dinars on Wednesday, as 214 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the Belgrade Stock Exchange resulted in a turnover of 1.4 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 322.8 million dinars to the total turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday.
