October 18 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange closed the week in the red, as Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] paced the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Aerodrom's shares closed 2.95% lower at 1,051 dinars on Monday. Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] was another major decliner, with shares falling 1.0% to 594 dinars.
Industrial gases maker Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] gained the most in share value, as its shares ended the session 0.13% higher at 15,990 dinars.
Household appliances maker Alfa Plam [BEL:ALFA] generated the highest turnover on the stock exchange, of 1.5 million dinars. Its shares closed 0.83% lower flat at 29,000 dinars.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 4.7 million dinars ($46,400/40,000 euro) on Monday, up from 4.6 million dinars on Friday, as 43 transactions were carried out.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.80% at 788.52 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed down 0.40% at 1,667.32.
