PODGORICA (Montenegro), December 28 (SeeNews) – The Montenegrin unit of Addiko Bank, former Hypo Alpe Adria Bank, said it has increased its capital to 125.1 million euro ($130 million) through a new share issue.
Addiko Bank Podgorica issued 1,000 new shares with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each to a buyer who had earlier committed to purchasing the entire amount, the bank said in a filing to the Montenegrin bourse earlier this week.
The bank's capital is now divided into 125,100 shares, with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each.
