Access Finance, a company with extensive expertise in offering non- banking credit cards, created new credit product for the Bulgarian market in cooperation with the biggest telecom in the country A1. A1 credit card is part of a portfolio of financial services which the telecom launched at the beginning of august 2018.
The partnership between the two companies resulted in bringing to market a unique financial product with parameters tailored to the telecom client base. The A1 credit card comes with no fee for ATM transactions worldwide, no annual fees and preferential financial terms.
Access Finance made the non -banking credit card popular on the Bulgarian market by offering flexible application process and impeccable customer service. The company is a several times winner of Live Help Now customer service awards and operates successfully on several European markets, among which Romania and Poland.
A1 will rely on the end-to-end expertise of Access Finance including credit risk assessment, card issuing and customer service. “The partnership with A1 is a logical next step for our company. Our goal is to offer a wide portfolio of products answering the needs of different customer segments” Tzvetan Krastev, CEO of Access Finance says.
Expanding its current product portfolio by adding financial services is an ambitious step ahead for A1 aimed at keeping its leadership position by introducing new and innovative products complementing the telecom core services.
