The deal is still pending the approval of the country's competition watchdog, the report said.
A1 Slovenija is the second largest mobile operator in the small Adriatic state, tracking behind Mobitel, a unit of state-owned Telekom Slovenije. It also competes with smaller peers such as United Group's Telemach (former Tusmobil), T-2, and HOT Mobil (Hofer), among others.
Studio Proteus, based in Postojna, provides TV, internet, mobile and fixed telephony services.
