Mar 30, 2001 - Saponia d.d. takes over Dalmacijabilje Prehrambena i Kemijska industrija d.d. Dubrovnik.
2010 - The company acquires a 44.16% stake in Brodomerkur d.o.o.
May 2012 - Saponia d.d. takes over Magesa d.d. za usluge marketinga, razvoja i consulting, Osijek.
Mar 18, 2014 - The company acquires 100% of local company Kandit d.o.o.
Aug 2, 2018 - Saponia d.d. takes over its Austrian subsidiary Dalmatien Beteiligungs GmbH.
September 2019 - The company acquires 20.58% in the local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages producer Maraska d.d. from its wholly-owned subsidiary Dalmatien Beteiligungs GmbH.
January 2020 - Saponia d.d. announces its plans to sell its 52.9% stake in Maraska d.d
