Dec 8, 2014 - Gorenjska Banka d.d. establishes a local real estate subsidiary Mersteel Nepremicnine d.o.o.
2015 - Serbian AIK Banka AD acquires 13.86% in the bank for EUR 12.4 mln via a capital increase.
Feb 1, 2017 - Gorenjska Banka d.d. obtained a 100% stake in the company Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing d.o.o., Ljubljana.
Jan 30, 2019 - Serbian AIK Banka AD acquires additional 12.43% stake in the bank.
Mar 18, 2019 - AIK Banka AD increases its stake in Gorenjska Banka d.d. to 90.11%.
June 12, 2019 - AIK Banka AD acquires 22.3% in Gorenjska banka d.d. for EUR 25.8 mln, following a takeover bid and becomes its sole owner.
