January 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian polymer packaging producer Asenova Krepost [BUL:6AN] said on Monday that diversified group Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:T43] has acquired 204,234 shares in the company for 2.45 million levs ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro).
The 204,234 shares are equal to 4.75% interest in Asenova Krepost.

Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria acquired the shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 12 levs apiece, Asenova Krepost said in a statement.
Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria owned 76.24% interest in Asenova Krepost at the end of September 2019, according to the polymer packaging producer's most recent financial statement.
Asenova Krepost increased its capital by 5.25 million levs to 12.888 million levs last year, raising 18.9 million levs in the process.
As at 14:50 CET on Monday, Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria shares traded 0.84% higher at 0.24 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Asenova Krepost shares had not traded by that hour.
