March 15 (SeeNews) - UK-based engine components maker Albon plans to start the construction of a new factory in Ruma in the short term, the Ruma city government has said.
The UK-based company plans to hire 200 employees at the factory, which will represent its third investment in Serbia, the Ruma city government said in a statement on Wednesday.

The Serbian government is ready to provide financial support to Albon for the construction of the production unit, Dragan Stevanovic, a state secretary at the economy ministry, said in the statement.
Albon already operates a production factory in Ruma and Simanovci, in northern Serbia, both built with the financial support of the Serbian government, the Ruma city government said.
The UK-based company carries out machine tool design, build and engineering operations at its factory in Ruma, launched in the fourth quarter of 2014, according to data from its corporate website.
