BELGRADE (Serbia), June 16 (SeeNews) – Serbian blue-chip civil engineering company Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] said Swiss-based Jopag has increased its shareholding interest to 10%.
On June 13, Jopag increased the number of Energoprojekt shares it owns to 1,094,644 from 1,088,777, Energoprojekt said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday.

Jopag controlled a 9.96% stake in Energoprojekt before the transaction.
Energoprojekt was the second most-traded company on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday as a total of 8,795 of its shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 13 million dinars ($118,838/106,381 euro), bourse data showed. The share price of Energoprojekt fell 0.87% to 1,483 dinars back then.
On Tuesday, Serbian infrastructure minister Zorana Mihajlovic said the authorities are looking into a potential attempt at a hostile takeover of Energoprojekt, given the company's paramount importance for the country's construction and transport sectors.
Energoprojekt shares were traded flat at 1,497 dinars as of 1031 CET on Friday on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
