December 27 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said on Thursday that local Starcom Holding [BUL:S28H] has sold 3,158,928 shares in the company for some 5 million levs ($2.9 million/2.6 million euro).
The number of shares is equal to a 1.6% stake in Eurohold Bulgaria, according to bourse data.

Starcom Holding sold the shares at a weighted average price per share of 1.589 levs on December 20, Eurohold Bulgaria said in a bourse filing.
Eurohold Bulgaria's portfolio includes companies active in financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales.
