SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), January 19 (SeeNews) – A 29.1% stake in Bosnian insurer Triglav Osiguranje [SAJ:BHOSR], part of Slovenia's Triglav Group, was sold on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange, a local bank which acted as an intermediary in the process said on Thursday.
A total of 7,384 regular and 4,693 preferred shares changed hands on January 18 for 1,105.50 marka ($600.1/565.2 euro) apiece, Raiffeisen Bank Bosna i Hercegovina said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on Friday.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
According to Stock Exchange data, on January 13 Triglav INT held a 78.7% stake in the Bosnian company, while a 20.3% stake was in the hands of a local reinsurance company Bosna Reosiguranje.
