July 13 (SeeNews) - Shares of Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] fell the most among the blue-chip stocks on the bourse in Sofia on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Sopharma closed 1.24% lower at 4.622 levs ($2.68/2.35 euro). The drug maker was also the most traded blue-chip company on Thursday as 12,716 of its shares changed hands at an average price of 4.653 levs.
Total trading turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange fell to 233,300 levs on Thursday, from 376,300 levs on Wednesday.
Industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] led the blue-chip gainers on Thursday, closing 0.59% higher at 8.500 levs.
The blue-chip SOFIX index fell by 0.24% to 709.48 points, after closing 0.34% higher on Wednesday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, dropped by 0.08% to 133.93 points, after rising 0.15% on Wednesday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, lost 0.04% to 113.72 points on Thursday. On Wednesday, the index edged down by 0.11%.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, added 0.24% to 538.75 points, after edging up by 0.01% on Wednesday.
