BUCHAREST (Romania), October 19 (SeeNews) – A total of 40,001 shares of Romanian mining and drilling firm Minexfor changed hands for a combined 1.2 million lei ($418,000/280,000 euro) in four transactions on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Monday, bourse data showed.
The number of shares corresponds to a stake of 6.2% in the company. The shares changed hands at an average price of 29.8 lei each, up from 14.6 lei when they last traded on August 20, bourse data showed.

The parties to the deal were not immediately known.
Comcereal Sibiu was the largest shareholder in Minexfor holding a 37% stake at end-June, data from Romania's Central Depository showed. Individuals Maricel-Ionel Stan and Catalin Chelu owned 25.4% and 18.3% respectively.
